Jim Holland of Hughes Supply retired effective Dec. 31 after 38 years of service.

Jim Holland of Hughes Supply (Orlando, Fla.) retired effective Dec. 31 after 38 years of service. Since 2001 he had been senior vice president/customer development. Holland joined Hughes in 1965 as an outside salesman at its Ft. Myers plumbing branch. Over the years he held such titles as: vice president/sales and marketing for all divisions; vice president/regional manager of the North Florida region; and group president/strategic business unit 4 - plumbing, PVF and HVAC. Among his achievements was co-development and implementation of Hughes' Mark of Excellence program.
