Ferguson Enterprises (Newport News, Va.) promoted Troy Kingsbury to president/general manager of its new HVAC branch in Hayward, Calif. He joined Ferguson in 1992 as a trainee. Most recently he was president/general manager at the Phoenix HVAC location.
