Watts Industries, Inc. appointed Patrick S. O'Keefe its new CEO in August. He succeeded Timothy P. Horne, who retired as both CEO and chairman but will remain as a director. Gordon W. Moran, who has served on the board since 1990, was elected non-executive chairman of the board. O'Keefe was also elected to the board. Most recently O'Keefe served as president, CEO and director of Industrial Distribution Group, a supplier of maintenance, repair, operating and production products and value-added services including commodity management and integrated supply.
