Weldbend Corp. announced it has purchased a press capable of making 48-in. seamless fittings, and is currently building a new 14- through 24-inch elbow press, designed by Leslie Wasdell, who has designed all of Weldbend's equipment. Weldbend is the only American producer of both fittings and flanges.
