The Home Depot confirmed on Jan. 7 that it had completed its purchase of Atlanta-based Apex Supply Co. for an undisclosed cash sum.
Apex Supply has become a wholly owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, with current management continuing to operate the company.
The Home Depot, also based in Atlanta, operates 917 stores in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Chile. Apex Supply has 21 locations in Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina.
