Stewart Hall, president and chief operating officer of Hughes Supply (Orlando, Fla.), is resigning from the wholesale distribution giant to work in his son's business. Hall made the announcement March 30 at the Southern Wholesalers Association convention in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Hughes' board of directors named Thomas Morgan as Hall's successor.
Hall has been with Hughes for 28 years, the last eight as president/COO. A leader in the PHCP industry, he recently completed his term as SWA president.
