TEK Supply (Canton, MA), Stainless Pipe & Fittings (Randolph, MA) and Stainless Pipe, Fittings & Metals (Bridgeview, IL) will merge to form TEK, a Division of Spectrum Metals as a new company for the distribution of piping components and other products. Headquarters will be in a 32,000 sq. ft. building in Randolph. Jim Hoefner was named vice president and general manager, Frank Manning vice president of sales and marketing, and John Fay vice president of materials and quality assurance.
