Flowserve Corp. has appointed Thomas Ferguson president of the Flowserve Pump Div. He has been with Flowserve and a predecessor company for 16 years, most recently as corporate vice president and president of the Flow Solutions Div. He continues as a corporate vice president. Ferguson replaces Howard Wynn, who has been named president of SPX Valve Corp.'s SPX Valves & Controls business.

>> American Valve named Dave Zagury vice president of sales. He had been northeast regional manager for the past seven years. Previously, he served 16 years in a similar capacity for Zidell Enterprises, a major PVF manufacturer and master distributor. He entered the industry with PVF distributor Keenan-Cashman in Bayonne, NJ.
