Gibraltar acquired Air Vent, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of ventilation products. Previously a subsidiary of CertainTeed Corp., Air Vent will now operate as a subsidiary of Gibraltar. Currently, Air Vent operates three manufacturing facilities in Dallas; Clinton, Iowa; and Lincolnton, N.C.
