Elkay promoted Ted Hamilton to plant manager at its Broadview, Ill., manufacturing facility and Mark Bidinger to manager/operations at its St. Charles, Ill., facility. Hamilton has been with Elkay 11 years, and has held positions including operations manager of the faucet facility in St. Charles, manager of freight distribution in the Bolingbrook, Ill., distribution center and materials manager. Bidinger has spent the past three years as standard side production manager at Elkay's Broadview plant. In other changes, the Elkay Division named Rigoberto (Rigo) Gomez production manager at its Ogden, Utah manufacturing facility. In his 17 years with Elkay, Gomez has worked as a fabrication supervisor, maintenance mechanic and hydraulic press operator.
