MTI Whirlpools has undergone a change in ownership from that of a family-owned business as Mr. Tubs Inc., to a newly formed employee-owned company, MTI Whirlpools. J.C. Henry and Vicki Henry-Higgins, founders and owners of Mr. Tubs, will remain as consultants for the new company.
