The BTH 300 water heater has a 98% thermal efficiency rating and exceeds ASHRAE's federally mandated standard of 78%. The tank is insulated from top to bottom with a thick 1-1/8" foam. The sealed submerged combustion chamber reduces heat loss. It also features a diagnostic control panel with status and fault indicating lights, digital temperature and numerical code display, plus a switch for adjusting temperature and differential settings.
