Emco Ltd. set new records in sales and earnings for the third quarter ended Sept. 30.

Emco Ltd. (London, Ontario, Canada) set new records in sales and earnings for the third quarter ended Sept. 30. Net income for the quarter was $8.9 million (U.S.), vs. $5.2 million for the same period in 2001. Sales for the third quarter of $241.7 million (U.S.), were up 6% over the comparable period last year. The improvement is a result of the continuing strong demand for plumbing, waterworks and manufactured building products, the company said.
