A.O. Smith Water Products Co. named Michael C. Parker vice president/marketing. Among his duties will be responsibility for customer care, including the new Customer Care Facility which houses A.O. Smith and State call centers, technical services, product warranty, technical training and service management. He will report to Ronald E. Massa, president. Parker spent the last 20 years with GE Appliances and held various positions in sales and marketing, most recently marketing manager for the company's dishwasher business.
