Charlotte Pipe & Foundry recently tested a new product knowledge training program with 23 inside, outside and counter sales staff from Hughes Supply. The three-day training program covered dimensional standards, chemical resistance, solvent welding, materials in relation to applications and other nuances of cast iron and plastic piping systems. It included classroom instruction as well as time in a wet lab installing plumbing systems.
