PW Eagle Inc. has split its operations into two core business units.

PW Eagle Inc., a Minneapolis-based plastic pipe manufacturer, has split its operations into two core business units. Its PVC pipe business will continue to operate as PW Pipe, while its PE unit will become PW Poly. Current President Larry Fleming will become president of PW Poly. PW Eagle CEO William Spell takes over as president of PW Pipe. Reporting to him will be a three-person executive operating committee with duties segmented into operations, finance and sales & marketing.
