Moen Inc. promoted David B. Lingafelter to vice president/marketing and product development and Mark Savan to vice president and general manager/accessories and commercial. Lingafelter, who joined Moen in 1990, most recently was vice president/marketing. Savan was vice president/strategic planning & business development at Fortune Brands -- Home Hardware, Moen's parent company. In his new position he will head the Creative Specialties International division of Moen and the Moen commercial faucet business.
