Wheatland Tube's anticipated purchase of the Sawhill Tubular Div. of AK Steel Corp. may be completed by the time you read this. Originally scheduled for completion by the end of February, the due diligence process was taking longer than anticipated.

According to Mark Magno, vice president/marketing for Wheatland's parent, the John Maneely Co., the acquisition of Sawhill was expected to be wrapped up by the end of March or early April.
