McKeough Supply (Chatham-Kent, Ontario) purchased the assets of the HVAC wholesale distribution business of ECR International LTD of Wallaceburg, Ontario, Canada. The acquisition includes the branches in Chatham, Sarnia and Woodstock, Ontario. ECR will retain its manufacturing subsidiary, Olsen Technology. A privately owned wholesaler, McKeough Supply distributes PVF and HVAC.
