American Water Heater Co. (Johnson City, Tenn.) has been purchased by GSW of Oakville, Ontario from Southcorp, an Australian company. GSW manufactures water heaters, pumps and building products. The residential and commercial water heater industry is its primary business. The two companies will continue to run as separate businesses.
