The number of corporate division directors has been consolidated to two, with Stephen Brown expanding his duties as director of the entire HVACR division. Mark Westerback was promoted to merchandising manager/refrigeration but also will continue working on the company's Web site e-commerce and online catalog development. Rich Jansen was named senior controller in the corporate office's finance department. Jaime Smith was promoted from marketing specialist to advertising manager. Terri Mahoney was hired as customer support specialist on the store support team.
