Delta Faucet Co. has opened a manufacturing facility in Panyu, China. The 96,800-sq.-ft. site includes a two-level, 27,400-sq.-ft. plant and warehouse facility and a 4,450-sq.-ft. dormitory. The plant employs 26 manufacturing and administrative personnel. Seng Lim is general manager of the plant.

The Panyu plant will manufacture the Project Master Pack Line, Synergy Line and 50/50 Pop-up Drains.

"Panyu will play a key role as our primary manufacturing, sourcing and future technology center for our international business," said Ric Andersen, vice president/international at Delta Faucet, in a statement.

Delta facilities in Asia include sales offices in Manila, Philippines; Seoul, South Korea; Beijing and Shanghai, China; an Asian distribution hub in Subic Bay, Philippines; and the Panyu manufacturing plant.

A division of Masco Corp., Delta manufactures faucets for residential and commercial applications at five facilities.
