Noland Co., Newport News, Va., named Colin E. Davis manager of its complex of plumbing supply branches in southeast Florida, based in Delay Beach. He had been manager of the Winston-Salem, N.C., branch.

Jeff S. Watkins was promoted to manager of the Winston-Salem, N.C. branch. He joined the wholesaler in 2001 as assistant branch manager in Richmond, Va.

William D. Deakin was named manager of the Florence, S.C., branch. He had been operations manager for the Atlanta branch.

Michael P. Miller was appointed manager of the Memphis, Tenn., branches. He joined Noland earlier this year as an assistant branch manager after seven years with another wholesaler.
