Kessler-Sunbelt Distribution named Kerry Spears director of market development. Her duties will include strategic planning, development of new market segments, process management and coordination of inside and outside sales efforts. Mark Hird was named both national accounts manager and Midwest region manager. The company also named three people to outside sales positions: Tom Redes, DSR-Metro New York ; Donna Beacham, DSR-New England area (Maine through Connecticut); and Jonathan Gillen, DSR-North Mid-Atlantic (New Jersey and Pennsylvania area).
