Broan-NuTone LLC President and CEO Jerome G. Santowski retired after 20 years at the company. David L. Pringle has been appointed president and CEO of Broan-NuTone and the Broan-NuTone group of companies. Pringle joined the company in January as executive vice president and COO after serving 16 years with Emerson Electric Co.
