Matco-Norca has completed the acquisition of the PVF Division of Calsak Corp. This Calsak Division was responsible for the distribution of malleable pipe fittings, steel nipples, no-hub pipe and fittings and more.

The acquisition makes Matco-Norca one of the country's largest distributors of fittings. The company has retained most of the Calsak employees.

In addition, Matco-Norca has opened a new distribution center in Loa Angeles. The new warehouse will distribute the company's complete line of valves, faucets and plumbing supplies on the West Coast.
