The Refrigeration Service Engineers Society elected its new international president, Streeter B. Turner, CM, at the 66th RSES Annual Conference in Nashville, Tenn. Turner joined RSES in 1975 and worked in a supervisory position in charge of refrigeration mechanics, welders and pipefitters at a Los Angeles County hospital for 18 years.
Other new officers include: Kenneth Bachner, CMS, international vice president; Ronald J. McCarthy, CM, international treasurer; Jerry L. Richey, CMS, international secretary; Harry “Butch” McGuire, CM, international sergeant at arms. Loren “Shorty” Shuck was reelected as chairman, educational & examining board.
