Jacuzzi Brands appointed Bryan Kelln president of its Jacuzzi Inc. business unit. He will assume global leadership for the Jacuzzi® branded companies including Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath in North America, the Jacuzzi Spa division, Jacuzzi South America, Jacuzzi UK, and Jacuzzi Europe (JESPA). He joins Jacuzzi from the Jordan Co., a private investment firm, where he was involved in acquisitions, divestitures and served as a board member of various portfolio companies. He was president/CEO of Rockshox, a manufacturer of branded high-performance bicycle components, from 2000 to 2002 and prior to that held various executive positions within General Cable Corp. The position of president of Jacuzzi Inc. has been vacant since Donald C. Devine was named president/chief operating officer of Jacuzzi Brands in April 2003.
