Tyco Fire & Building Products' SprinkCAD division announced the inclusion of its SprinkFDT program into the advanced fire systems design course offered at Oklahoma State University. SprinkFDT is designed to allow a sprinkler designer to accurately predict the time it takes to trip a dry valve and deliver water to the remote area in a dry sprinkler system without the requirement of a physical trip test.
