Watts Water Technologies acquired the 40% equity interest in Taizhou Shida Plumbing Manufacturing Co. Ltd. that had been held by its former joint venture partner, Yuhuan County Cheng Guan Metal Hose Factory. Watts Water Technologies now owns 100% of Shida, which manufactures hose, hose connectors, multi-layer tubing and stainless steel braided hose used in residential and commercial applications.
