DDi System released version 16 of its Distribution Management software. Enhancements include an internal contact relationship management module that lets the user keep detailed history, contact notes and scheduling on customers and vendors; multiple payment types on a single transaction; new commission reports and settings from the sales menu; and a new report writer.
