American Standard is hosting a “Singing in the Shower” contest to support the introduction of its VertiSpa™ home shower system. The person crowned “Best Shower Singer in America” will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to New York, the opportunity to sing the national anthem at a professional sports event, and a VertiSpa hydro-massage system. The contest kicked off in Minneapolis on July 24, and is scheduled to conclude in Miami Sept. 25. Five regional winners will compete in the national contest in New York City Oct. 5, evaluated by three celebrity judges: Jesse Palmer, the Giants quarterback who was recently featured as “the Bachelor” on the television show of the same name; 1990s rap star Vanilla Ice; and MTV VJ Quddus.
