Brass Craft has announced changes in its sales management staff that should enhance its customer-service capabilities while also reflecting the company's new focus on the development and marketing of innovative and proprietary products, according to Todd Talbot, president.

Jim Whiteherse, a 19-year company veteran, is assuming a new position as senior vice president/sales, in which he will focus on strengthening channel relationships and expanding product distribution. His functions for the management of the marketing, sales administration, industrial and international sales departments have been assigned to other Brass Craft personnel.

New Brass Craft team member Steve Adams will serve as national accounts manager for the Wholesale Division, reporting to Whiteherse. Adams was formerly with Oatey Co., a Cleveland-based plumbing-products manufacturer.

Simon Davis, who had been Brass Craft's director of industrial/OEM and international sales, will serve as national sales manager for the company's Retail Division, where he will be responsible for all retail sales except The Home Depot, reporting to Whiteherse.

Wade Henderson, previously vice president of Brass Craft Sales, will assume the new position of vice president/sales, planning & administration, reporting to Talbot. He will also be responsible for industrial/OEM and international sales.

Ken Kemmerling has been promoted to national sales manager for the Industrial/OEM Division, reporting to Henderson. He had been Brass Craft's sales manager for the Central Region.
