Robertson Heating Supply, Alliance, Ohio, recently started construction on a new corporate office and central distribution center in a newly developed industrial park in Alliance on a 29-acre site. The facility will consist of a 66,000-sq.-ft., two-story office building, attached to a 213,000-sq.-ft. warehouse. The office building will include all corporate offices, several training centers for dealers, and a 5,000-sq.-ft. plumbing and kitchen showroom. The CDC will service all 26 branches of the company covering Ohio, West Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Southern Michigan. Completion is scheduled for December 2003 for the CDC and late April 2004 for the offices.
