Consolidated Supply Co. (Portland, Ore.), a privately held plumbing and waterworks wholesale distributor, announced the following personnel changes: John Cobb was appointed waterworks sales manager. Most recently he was manager of the company's Salem, Ore., branch. Tom Ehigh was named plumbing sales manager. He joined the company after more than 19 years with Moen as regional sales manager. Kevin Neupert, who has spent more than 13 years with the firm, was named vice president of sales. Ron Williams was named the Spokane branch manager. He had been manager of the Eugene, Ore., branch.
