New Jersey Wholesaler's Association recently spent a day volunteering at a Habitat for Humanity jobsite in Paterson, N.J. Members set toilets and vanities, trimmed out tub and shower valves, cut out kitchen countertops and set kitchen sinks, and dug trenches and set waste lines. The group, which includes about 25 independent wholesalers, found the experience fun and rewarding. The members plan to make it an annual project.
