Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing announced the promotion of John Guthrie to the new position of product manager of Hardcast Hardware and Adhesives, where he will focus on Hardcast's line of HVAC hardware products. Guthrie has been operations manager for a heating and air conditioning company.
