Granby Steel Tanks has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Kamco Products, a manufacturer of coated copper tubing for oil, gas, potable water and various industrial applications. Brad Sigouin, founder of Kamco, will continue as its president, and Bill McKinstry will join Kamco as COO. Granby said in a statement it intends to expand into new sectors of the HVAC industry with the Kamco line of products.
