Creative Specialties International, a division of Moen Inc., and a manufacturer of bath accessories, promoted Mike Bauer to director of marketing and hired Brian Grant as a senior product manager. Bauer had been director of operations and finance for CSI. Grant most recently was a senior product manager with Igloo Products Corp.
