Jacuzzi Brands Inc. has consolidated its United Kingdom and European bath businesses into a single business unit led by Steven Cox, formerly managing director of Jacuzzi(r) UK Bathroom Products Group. Cox is Managing Director UK/EUROPE, based in Bradford, U.K. The business unit will include: the Jacuzzi UK Bathroom Products Group, based in Bradford, U.K.; Jacuzzi Europe S.P.A., based in Valvasone, Italy; and ATMO, based in Vichy, France. Brands offered by the company include Jacuzzi(r), Eljer(r), Sundance(r), Zurn(r) and Wilkins(r) bath and plumbing products.
