Moen's new CustomerNet Web site, where Moen product buyers have been able to manage their account orders, has added several new features. Customers can now check inventory on specific material numbers or SKUs for desired quantities, obtain estimated delivery rates for back-ordered items and receive e-mail notification on orders they wish to track. CustomerNet users can get a username and password from their Moen sales representative.
