Unmet Needs, a program that helps American military families facing significant and unforeseen financial hardships due to deployment, announced a new Donate-A-Skill initiative. The program began in June 2004, and is sponsored by Vermont American, manufacturer of drill bits and saw blades, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
