Grundfos purchased the German metering pump group Alldos. Both companies produce precision, motor-driven metering pumps primarily for dosing of chemicals for water treatment.

Alldos has annual sales of about $52 million (U.S.) and 280 employees, according to Grundfos.

This acquisition brings Grundfos a wider range of metering pumps plus controls, sensors, and disinfection technology.
