Murray Supply, a plumbing distributor based in Winston Salem, N.C., received two awards from Affiliated Distributors at A-D's North American meeting in Dallas: “Best SSP Event with Multiple Suppliers for the Plumbing and PVF Division” and “Best Conversion to an A-D Supplier in the Plumbing and PVF Division.” The SSP Event award recognized Murray Supply's “The Specifier” program, which helps engineers specify plumbing fixture schedules from a large database of manufacturers' products.
The wholesaler earned the “Best Conversion” award by completing a successful A-D conversion with MIFAB. The award honors one affiliate and an A-D supplier who work together to convert business from a non-A-D supplier.
