Danfoss Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Division has established a state-of-the-art commercial refrigeration laboratory in its North American headquarters in Baltimore. It is capable of testing and monitoring a variety of light commercial equipment including vending machines, ice machines, glass door merchandisers and under-cabinet refrigerators. The test chamber has the ability to control both dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures and produce and imitate many different climates. All data is streamlined to a PC outside of the laboratory where it can be monitored and where test reports are prepared. The laboratory is working toward certifications including NSF, UL, and ISO 17025.
