Manufacturing Economic Activity Grows Again In November
The Institute for Supply Management's monthly report on manufacturing business found economic activity grew in November for the fifth month in a row. Also, November was the best month for manufacturers since December 1983. “All of the indexes support continued strength into 2004. While there are still companies lagging the recovery, they should be encouraged by the current indicators,” said ISM spokesman Norbert Ore.
