Steril-Aire and UltraViolet Devices have entered into a worldwide nonexclusive license covering a number of Steril-Aire's patents and UVDI's ALTRU-V™ products. The products are V-Mod, V-Strike and V-Strike IDM ultraviolet (UVC) fixtures. The license is limited to certain applications and a subset of the Steril-Aire patent portfolio relating to coil and drain pan irradiation.
