Intellidyne LLC said it received a grant from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority for IntelliCon®, the company's energy-saving devices for residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. The $85,000 grant, to be matched by Intellidyne, will allow for a testing program that will include a large-scale study on the benefits of the controls, which have already been proven to reduce energy consumption by an average of 15-20%.
