Danfoss Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Division sponsored the first annual Bennett Blazers Sled Hockey Tournament in Abingdon, Md., for athletes who are unable to play hockey standing up. Players propel themselves on specially designed sleds equipped with two smaller hockey sticks. The company matched personal donations to raise $1,600 for the tournament, which is supported by the Bennett Institute Physically Challenged Sports program of Kennedy Krieger.
