A.O. Smith Water Products Co. named Robert Grussing IV vice president and chief financial officer. Before joining the company he was president of Weil-McLain Co. Also, Kimberly M. Kline was appointed vice president/human resources. From 1994 until 2004 she worked for Miller Brewing Co., most recently as director of compensation, benefits and human resources systems. Prior to that she worked for Kraft Foods.
